FIREMAN'S BALL

Thanks to "SKEFF Distributing" for being our Major Sponsor, of the "Fireman's Ball". Macon Speedway would also like to thank our Associate Sponsor "The Greater Taylorville Chamber of Commerce" and their members-Blakley (Heating Cooling and Plumbing), Aaron's, Dunn's Ambulance and Collections of Profession, and Ahlstrom Filtration. Thanks to all for a successful night of racing at Macon Speedway.

Crazy Kid's Club finally got their first night in and it was a blast. The Aaron’s “Lucky Dog� and the Macon fire truck were on display and interactive with the kids. Thanks to Kid's Castle, SavMor Pharmacy, and Highside Graphix for their sponsorship.

The feature event of the night were the "Topless Sportsman" who raced 40 laps. It was a battle to see who would come out in front when the checkered flag waved. Dave Crawley, Jr., was able to accomplish that goal. Finishing out the top 5 places are 2nd Jeremy Nichols, 3rd Mike Pickering, 4th Wes Odell and 5th Curt Rhodes

Billingsley Towing Modified's results: 1st Guy Taylor, 2nd Cory Daugherty, 3rd Danny Smith, 4th Steve Ewing and 5th Randy Huffman

Street Stock results: 1st Jeremy Nichols, 2nd Mike Pickering, 3rd Gene Reed, 4th Terry Reed and 5th Thomas Riech
