Kid's Castle Learning Center, 95Q Firecracker 40's and FIREWORKS this Saturday, July 20

(Macon, IL) Macon Speedway welcomes Kid’s Castle Learning Center and 95Q this Saturday, July 20, for the makeup race from June 29 as part of an action-packed night of racing for all of our 6 regular weekly UMP divisions with a special focus on the Midwest Big Ten UMP Late Models Series and UMP Billingsley Towing Modifieds in the Firecracker 40’s. There will be a 40-lap feature for both the Late Models & Billingsley Towing Modified divisions that evening; and if two huge features were not enough - the fans at Macon Speedway will be treated to a huge fireworks display! Sun Drop Citrus Soda will also be passing out samples of their product that night to all fans.
Macon Speedway will also be hosting the annual Drivers Reunion Saturday. All past drivers of all ages will be honored and recognized at intermission. Macon Speedway is a fan favorite race track with many fans coming to the acclaimed track since early childhood.  The current owners of Macon Speedway; Tony Stewart, Ken Schrader, Kenny Wallace and Bob Sargent are all very excited about this event and  hope to continue to make this Driver Reunion a yearly event where we can honor the drivers of the past who have made Macon Speedway what it is today.
The Midwest Big Ten UMP Late Models Series will be racing for $1,200 to win. The UMP Late Model driver Matt Taylor has a four-point lead over Steve Sheppard, Jr. in his #5s Late Model. The UMP Modified division will be racing for $600 to win. The UMP Modified division is led by Danny Smith, followed by Jeff Graham, Guy Taylor and Joe Strawkas in the point standings.
Macon Speedway provides a thrilling combination of edge-of-your-seat racing action, fun and exciting promotions, and wholesome family entertainment each and every Saturday night.  With Kid’s Castle Learning Center, 95Q and the Firecracker 40’s, this Saturday will be no exception. There is something for everyone to enjoy at Macon Speedway!
Also racing July 20 will be UMP Street Stocks, UMP Sportsman, UMP 4-cyl. Outlaw Hornets and Stock Hornets. With the season half way over, it’s becoming a tight point race in each division.
NASCAR star and co-owner of Macon Speedway, Tony Stewart will return on July 27 to compete in the MOWA Sprint races! Also racing that night will be Billingsley Towing  UMP Modifieds, UMP Sportsman, UMP Street Stocks, UMP 4-cyl. Outlaw Hornets, Stock Hornets and 600cc mini sprints.
Gates open Saturday at 5 p.m. with racing starting at 7 p.m.
